Privacy notice
For visitors to this website.
[PLACEHOLDER] Draft, awaiting review by our solicitor.
This notice covers Hally’s own website: these pages, the help centre, Ask Hally and the contact form. We are the controller for it. If you’re a patient of a clinic that uses Hally, your clinic is responsible for your data: see its own privacy notice.
What we collect
- The contact form: your name, email, clinic and message, sent to us by email so we can reply. We don’t add you to a mailing list.
- Ask Hally: your question is used to find an answer and is not kept. When the AI answers, the question and the relevant help text are sent to our AI supplier, Anthropic, which doesn’t use them to train its models. Our logs record only whether a question was answered.
- Limits on use: to stop abuse, we count requests from each connection using a scrambled (hashed) form of its IP address. The address itself isn’t stored.
- “Was this helpful?”: which article, and yes or no.
- The bot check on forms is Cloudflare Turnstile.

Clinics’ patient data
How we process patient data for clinics is set out in the data processing agreement.
