Questions

What counts as a user?

Anyone on your team with an active login: practitioners, reception and managers. Patients never count, and nor do people you’ve switched off.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: 14 days with everything on the Clinic plan, and no card needed. You’re only charged if you choose a plan, once the trial ends.

Are texts included?

Yes, each plan includes texts every month for each user you pay for. Extra texts are 6p each, added to your next bill.

Do you take a cut of my payments?

No. Patients pay into your own Stripe account. Stripe charges its own card and Direct Debit fees; Hally takes nothing.

Does moving my data cost extra?

No. Bring your data across free, with our step-by-step importer, on every plan.

Can I change plan or cancel?

Any time, in Settings → Plan. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the month or year you’ve paid for, and you can download all your data whenever you like.

Do prices include VAT?

No, prices exclude VAT. Paying yearly gives you two months free.
