Writing notes with Heidi
Using Heidi, or another AI scribe, for your clinical notes.
Written notes
Choose Written note when you start a note: one large box for the whole consultation. Type it, or press Copy in Heidi (or another scribe) and paste it in. Check it, tick consent, then sign.
Linking Heidi
When Heidi is linked (Settings → Clinic & branding → Heidi), a Written note has an Open Heidi button. Record and write in Heidi as usual, then press Push Note in Heidi: the note lands in your draft, after anything already written. The first time, sign in to your own Heidi account.
What you need
Each clinician needs their own Heidi account on a plan that includes integrations. Heidi is your clinic's own supplier, so it belongs in your privacy notice and DPIA. Hally sends Heidi no patient details.
