Profile photos
Your picture in the menu, on Company home, in the diary and on tasks.
Adding your photo
Press your picture (or your initials) in the menu to open Your profile. On a phone or tablet, Take a selfie uses the front camera; Add a photo picks one from your device or computer. A clear photo of your face works best. It's cropped to a square and made smaller before it's sent, and any location your phone saved in it is removed. Change photo replaces it; Remove deletes it, and your initials show instead.
Where it shows
Wherever the team appears: the menu, Company home (who's in today, who's read an announcement, who posted it), the diary's column headings, tasks and the task board, meeting attendees and actions, New starters and Settings → Team. Only people who sign in at your clinic see it, never patients.
Photos for the whole team
The owner and managers (team role Manager) see The team's photos on Your profile, and can add, change or remove anyone's, for example from staff headshots. Check the person is happy with it first.
Which photos work
JPEG, PNG, WebP, and iPhone HEIC photos where the browser can open them (Safari can; if yours can't, choose a JPEG, or on the iPhone set Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible). Up to 40 MB to start with; they're stored much smaller.
Privacy
Staff photos are kept in the same private storage as staff documents, shown only through short-lived links to people signed in at your clinic. Removing a photo deletes it for good, and so does switching off someone who has left (Settings → Team) or closing the clinic.
