Services, prices, opening hours and the booking policy.
Services and prices
Settings → Services & prices sets each service's name, length, price and deposit, and whether new patients can book it online. Changes apply to new bookings; existing ones keep their price.
Opening hours
Settings → Opening hours sets when each practitioner can be booked. Time off and holidays come off automatically once they're approved in Leave.
Booking policy
Settings → Booking policy sets how far ahead patients can book, how long a slot is held while they pay, and your cancellation terms.
Booking by phone
Staff can book from the diary at any time, whatever's set for online booking.
