Your clinic’s name, logo, colours and typefaces on everything patients see.
Your brand, not ours
Settings → Clinic & branding (owner only) sets your clinic's name and short name, a logo, a main and an accent colour, and a pair of typefaces, with a live preview. Patients see your brand on booking pages, their account, emails and texts, never Hally's.
The logo
Upload a PNG, JPG, WebP or SVG under 1 MB. A PNG or JPG also appears in emails. You can take your colours from the logo with one press.
Colours that stay readable
Hally works out every shade it needs from your two colours, darkening or lightening them only as far as needed for text to stay readable (WCAG AA), and tells you when it did.
Texts and emails
Texts start with your clinic's name, and emails come in your clinic's name with replies going to your reply-to address. To send from your own email address, see Your own web address and email address.
