Importing patients from another system

To import your patients, appointments and notes, export them from your current system (Zanda, Cliniko, Jane or any other) as CSV or Excel files.

The order

In Settings → Import data, bring files across in this order: patients, then appointments, then notes. Services, products and training records can come in any time.

Matching columns

Hally suggests which of your columns is which ("Client first name" is the first name, and so on). Check the matches and change any that are wrong. It remembers them for next time.

Check first

Every import shows exactly what will happen, and which rows have problems, before anything changes. Nothing is saved until you press Import.

Undo

Each import can be undone in one step from the list of past imports, as long as nothing has been done with those records since.

Consents

Imported patients start with text and marketing consent switched off, and are asked again at their next booking.
