Signing up and your free trial

What you need

Your clinic's name, your profession, your own name and work email, and a password. No card: the 14-day free trial needs none, and you're not charged unless you choose a plan.

Signing up

Press Start free on the Hally website. Choose your clinic's address on Hally (one is suggested from its name, and checked as you type), your profession, then your name, email and password. Tick to agree to the terms and the data processing agreement (you can read it first), and press Create my clinic.

What you get straight away

Your clinic opens with starter services and typical prices for your profession (podiatry, physiotherapy, chiropractic or sports massage), weekday 9 to 5 opening hours and a set-up checklist. Change any of it: it's there so you're not starting from a blank page. You're then sent to your own address to sign in and set up two-step sign-in.

The trial

The trial lasts 14 days and includes everything on the Clinic plan. Choose a plan in Settings → Plan whenever you're ready; you're only charged once the trial ends. If you don't choose one, the account pauses and nothing is deleted.

Professions we don't list

Choose the closest profession: chiropodists choose podiatry, MSK and sports therapists choose physiotherapy or sports massage. Every service, price and form can be changed afterwards.
