Home exercise plans
Your exercise library, giving a patient a plan, and what they see in their account.
Your exercise library
Forms & exercises in the menu → Exercises (clinicians and the owner). Add an exercise: a name, the body area, a video link (YouTube or similar), the instructions the patient sees, and the usual sets, reps or hold and how often.
Giving a patient a plan
On the patient's record, under Exercise plans, press New plan. Tick the exercises (grouped by body area), set each one's dose, add a note for the patient if you like, and press Save plan. With Email them that it's ready ticked, they get an email with a link: never their exercises or condition. End plan when they're done.
What the patient sees
In their account, My exercises shows the plan, your note, and each exercise's dose and instructions, with Watch how opening the video. They tap I've done them today once a day, and see the last seven days. Their plan on the record shows how many days they've done them. Plans for a child show in the parent's account.
Who sees plans
Clinicians and the owner; reception can't, because plans are clinical. Every view is in the access log.
