Downloading your data and closing

Downloading

Settings → Account → Download your data has each part of your records as a spreadsheet, or everything in one file. It's yours to take at any time, on any plan, even while the account is paused.

Cancelling your plan

Card, invoices and cancelling in Settings → Plan opens Stripe's page, where you can cancel at the end of the month or year you've paid for. Until then everything carries on. Afterwards the account pauses: online booking stops and the team can't use the app, but nothing is deleted, you can still download everything, and choosing a plan again picks up where you left off.

Closing

Settings → Account → Close stops online booking straight away. For 90 days everything else keeps working, so you can download what you need or change your mind. After that, everything is deleted for good. Your duty to keep clinical records for the legal period stays with you, so download them first.
