More than one site
Adding sites, hours at each, and how booking, the diary and reports use them.
Adding a site
Settings → Locations lists the places you see patients. Your first site was made when you signed up: give it its full address, because that's what goes in booking emails and texts. Press Add site for another, with a name patients will recognise (such as the town) and its address. How many sites you can have depends on your plan (Settings → Plan); archived sites don't count.
Who works where
In Settings → Opening hours, choose a site at the top, then set each practitioner's weekly hours there. Someone can work at different sites on different days, or mornings at one and afternoons at another, but not at two sites at the same time: the hours won't save if they overlap.
Online booking
With more than one site, patients choose where they'd like to be seen before picking a practitioner and a time, and only times at that site are offered. A practitioner booked at one site can't be booked at another at the same time. Rescheduling online keeps the same site.
The diary
Use the site buttons at the top of the diary to show one site at a time, or all of them. Bookings made from the diary go to the site you're looking at; on "All sites", they go wherever the practitioner is working at that time. Extra time (the coffee-cup button) is added at the site you're looking at, or your first site on "All sites". Moving an appointment into hours at another site moves it there.
Emails, texts and reports
Confirmations and reminders give the address of the site the appointment is at. Reports show visits, takings, no-shows and how full the diary was at each site.
Archiving a site
Open the site in Settings → Locations and choose Archive. It stops taking bookings and its opening hours are removed; past appointments keep it. Move or cancel any appointments still to come there first. Restore brings it back (then set its hours again).
