What patients can do in their account

Signing in

Patients sign in from your booking pages with their email address: they're emailed a link, so there's no password to forget.

Their bookings

Upcoming appointments, with Change time (any deposit moves with them) and Cancel. Cancelling with enough notice under your booking policy refunds the deposit automatically; inside it, they're asked to call you. Forms to fill in before a visit are listed with it, and video appointments have a Join button and how to join. Book another starts a new booking. Past and cancelled visits are listed too.

Paying

Unpaid invoices have View and pay; paid ones have a receipt. Patients can buy a treatment package online and see the sessions left.

Memberships

They can join a membership plan, change their card or bank details, and choose not to renew. To cancel a membership they contact you.

Exercises and family

My exercises shows any home exercise plan. Children they book for are listed, with their appointments.

Their preferences

Their mobile number, whether they get texts, and whether they hear about news and offers. Replying C to a reminder text confirms, and X cancels by the same rules.
